  • Professional Judge A: Lacking some consistency, especially at the beginning.  Gathered momentum but lost momentum half way through
  • Professional Judge B: Some pauses – good colour – no maroons to start
  • Professional Judge C: A few pregnant pauses and felt like it lacked momentum at times.   Faltering rhythm made it feel at times like a demonstration vs a performance.   Not bad but perhaps lacked a bit of audacity/confidence.
  • Lay Judge A:  Rhythm stalled in middle and crowd thought it had finished.
  • Lay Judge B: Couple of empty sky moments.  Good ending.
  • Lay Judge C:  Good colour, good height but a few gaps in the display.
  • Lay Judge D: Rhythm struggled, especially early on.  Colour was strong.

  • Professional Judge A: Somewhat repetitive in parts but good use of colour, although this was somewhat smothered by being overly concentrated.
  • Professional Judge B:   Good height, good saturation, good symmetry and excellent finish
  • Professional Judge C: Great use of sound – bold/confident with clear/crisp movements and a few surprises to keep us engaged.   Had ‘attitude’.   Strong sense of structure overall and within each scene plus strong start and finale.   Lots of variety but still cohesive.
  • Lay Judge A:  Large amount of colour and variation
  • Lay Judge B:  Wow!  Ending was fantastic.  Loved the double rockets.
  • Lay Judge C: Good variety, rhythm and colour.  The crowd liked it.
